Prototype status
BrokerFinder.ai is currently operating as a prototype for demonstration and testing. Features, content and these terms are indicative and will be finalised with legal review before public launch.
1. What BrokerFinder.ai is
BrokerFinder.ai is a matching service. We connect consumers who are looking for mortgage broking assistance with participating, verified mortgage brokers whose stated specialisations align with the consumer's situation. We are not a mortgage broker, credit provider, lender or financial adviser, and we are not a party to any engagement, advice or loan that may follow an introduction.
BrokerFinder.ai helps match consumers with mortgage brokers based on information provided by consumers and participating brokers. BrokerFinder.ai does not provide credit advice, recommend specific loan products, determine eligibility, guarantee approval, guarantee lowest rates or guarantee that a broker will achieve a particular outcome.
Any credit assistance or credit advice you receive comes from the licensed broker you choose to engage, under that broker's own licensing and obligations.
2. Broker participation and paid placement
Participating brokers pay subscription fees to appear on the platform, and some tiers include paid placement that may affect the presentation or visibility of a broker within match results. Paid placement operates within suitability limits: brokers must meet our verification, eligibility and match-fit requirements before appearing in any consumer's results, and payment never substitutes for suitability. The service is free for consumers.
3. Acceptable use
When using BrokerFinder.ai you agree to:
- Provide information that is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- Use the service only for its intended purpose of finding or providing mortgage broking assistance.
- Not attempt to scrape, copy, reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform or its matching systems.
- Not impersonate another person, submit enquiries on someone's behalf without authority, or misrepresent credentials.
- Not use the service to send spam, harvest contact details or solicit for unrelated services.
We may suspend or remove access for misuse.
4. Intellectual property
The BrokerFinder.ai name, logo, platform, matching technology, guides and all other content on this site are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of the service, from the conduct or advice of any broker you engage, or from decisions you make based on general information on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any consumer guarantees under Australian law; where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the resupply of the service where the law permits.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales in relation to any dispute arising from them.
